Not big-boned, but fat

Here’s another victory for the pioneering “non-top down, top down” approach that Andrew Lansley is championing, this time through his junior Minister, Anne Milton’s enthusiastic suggestion that

Family doctors and nurses should tell people they are fat rather than obese because such plain speaking would help more to lose weight.

This must also be part of Lansley’s approach to not, erm, lecturing people.

It must be fun having the semblance of consistency.
